But that might also been particularly my own fault, as I know I'm not the best at explaining things. Catherine was a great services representative, and helped me through this whole process. (⁠｡⁠･⁠ω⁠･⁠｡⁠)⁠ﾉ⁠♡ Quality: The quality of the plates were very well manufacturerd, and they hit the spot on the size. I have snapmaker 2 A350, and for some reason they wanted there plates to be 363x334. And it's not a common size at all, which meant I had to buy oversized plates an modify them... But with this I don't need to worry about that anymore (⁠≧⁠▽⁠≦⁠) Delivery: They were very well packed, the packed had gotten a little roughed up. But the plates were intact, because they were well packed. They arrived really fast, from notice of shipping to arrival: 4 days. I'm very happy with my purchase (⁠≧⁠▽⁠≦⁠)
